Men's Chorale

The Men's Chorale is a more-than-20 year tradition at South. The choir is open to any young man from grades 9 - 12 without audition. It not only serves as our freshmen boys’ choir, but also as a “second” choir for many boys from Chamber, Concert, and Show Choirs. The group has received ALL Division I Superior ratings at IHSA contest, as well as standing ovations at nearly every performance. The camaraderie is great, the repertoire fun, and choral technique, sight-reading, and musicianship are learned in an enjoyable fashion. 4-5 concerts per year, participation at IHSA contests. Meets requirement for a Performing Arts credit.
